"The ICC Squad is at the core of UCC. Each semester, we select 10-15 students who demonstrate strong interest in case competitions and have excellent problem solving, teamwork and presentation skills. Squad members go through an intense training curriculum and are in the running to be selected as UNSW representatives to International Case Competitions (ICCs). As such, successful applicants understand that representing UNSW at ICCs is a two way process and are actively looking for ways in which to contribute back to the society.
Here's a quote from a former ICC Competitor:
"At UCC, we’re all about sustainability. General members apply for the International Case Competition Squad. Those who show improvement, dedication and potential are selected to represent UNSW at ICCs. These ICC veterans then run workshops for our squad and general members and continue to give back as alumni. With this model of continuous reinvestment, UCC is able to provide the same fantastic opportunities to many generations of students to come."
